R A S Health Care is a healthcare services company that through its business partners and associates operates home health care, out-patient facilities and a contract rehabilitation services business across the United States. At December 31, 2011, our out -patient division operated 19 out-patients facilities in 7 states. Our rehab contract division operated 26 nursing and rehabilitation centers in 8 states. We also operated a contract rehabilitation services business that provides rehabilitative services primarily in long-term care settings.
