Applicant Assessment

AMH&R Staffing Services provides quality personnel consistently due in part to our exclusive skills evaluations, orientations, and applicant assessment processes: 

Drug Screening

Potential Associates are subject to pre-employment drug testing. 

Employment Verification

AMH&R utilizes E-Verify, the Department of Homeland Security’s web-based employment verification system to ensure that every candidate is deemed eligible to work in the United States. 

Personal Interview

Each applicant is personally interviewed by our staffing coordinator to provide us with more information about their skill level, work history, and personal preferences. 

Background Checks

Upon customer request, AMH&R will perform background screening for criminal history. 

Mandatory Orientations & Trainings

Candidates are subject to mandatory individual/ group and video orientations to familiarize them with work assignments and state & federal mandatory trainings, also comply with OSHA protocols.
